  • We reserve the right to suspend services where accounts remain unpaid.

5. Access and Site Safety

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area

  • Ensure pets are secured

  • Inform us of any known hazards or existing plumbing issues

We reserve the right to refuse or cease work where conditions are unsafe.

6. Warranties and Consumer Guarantees

Our services are provided in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights you may have under law.

Where permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the re-supply of the services or payment of the cost of re-supply.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, concealed pipework, structural issues, or damage outside our control.

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials, fixtures, and appliances supplied where relevant.

7. Emergency and After-Hours Services

Emergency and after-hours services may attract higher call-out and labour rates. Additional charges may apply for urgent parts sourcing. Where possible, rates will be discussed prior to commencement.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, text, images, and branding, remains the property of BMC Plumbing & Gas Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without written consent.
